I picked up design work first — a decade-plus of learning how to build things that communicate clearly and honestly. Photography came later, but it grew out of the same instinct: the need to make something real and lasting out of a moment that would otherwise just pass by.

I'm one of the few design professionals in this community, and I know most of my clients before they ever sit in front of my camera — that's not an accident, it's the point. I photograph the women, families, and love stories of Southwest Louisiana because this is where I belong.

I grew up on a basketball court, a cross-country trail, and a track — competition and discipline are baked into how I show up for people, including my clients.
